2012 CHAPTER-PROCTORED CERTIFICATION EXAMS


The exam is given at St. Joseph Hospital  350 W Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85013 in conference room 2.

Register for the exam a minimum of 6 weeks in advance at www.aapc.com. The Academy will confirm your registration 3 to 4 weeks prior to exam.
